The arts were everywhere at Carolina this week, as the Arts Everywhere initiative started by Chancellor Carol L. Folt launched a new app and hosted pop-up performances across campus. Earlier in the week, women’s basketball coach Sylvia Hatchell celebrated her 1,000th win before an upset victory against Duke.
